Damon A. Stemen attended Claremont McKenna College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature in 1995. In 1998, Mr. Stemen received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona School of Law (now known as the James E. Rogers College of Law). Mr. Stemen was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1998, and is admitted to the the Nevada Supreme Court and United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Stemen has concentrated his practice in the fields of insurance defense, general civil litigation, complex construction defect litigation (as counsel for Plaintiff homeowners as well as counsel for subcontractors) and insurance coverage.
Mr. Stemen is gratified to bring his unique and extensive experience to the field of intellectual property law, focusing primarily on litigation. Mr. Stemen is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated from Rancho High School, Class of ’91 (Go Rams!).
