Joshua Sheskin practices federal litigation with a focus on intellectual property and labor.
Mr. Sheskin started his career as a criminal defense attorney in South Florida, where he was a trial lawyer in murder cases and was involved in multiple cases that garnered media attention.
For the past decade, Mr. Sheskin has represented hundreds of civil clients in federal district courts throughout the United States, setting precedents in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Sheskin’s extensive experience in labor topics and federal litigation has led to his being a lecturer in attorney continuing education classes on the Americans with Disabilities Act and the effective practice of federal litigation.
Mr. Sheskin graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he got his master’s degree, and Florida State University, where he got his bachelor’s degree. He is licensed in Florida and multiple federal courts, including Pennsylvania.
