Kathleen Freeman is an accomplished litigator with over a decade of experience prosecuting and defending matters in both state and federal jurisdictions across the country. Her practice in criminal prosecution, civil litigation, and personal injury have afforded her the opportunity to specialize in a variety of matters, including those arising from medical malpractice, birth injury, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, construction and worksite injury, transportation and trucking negligence, premises liability, negligent security, legal malpractice, domestic violence and sexual assault.
Kathleen has successfully taken her clients to verdict in countless jury and bench trials. In her capacity as lead counsel, Kathleen is responsible for developing and implementing case strategy, executing written and oral discovery, preparing all pleadings and motion practice, and representing her clients at all stages of litigation – including inspections, depositions, court appearances, mock trials, focus groups, mediations, and trial.
