Nancy Snow is an of counsel at Bayramoglu Law Offices LLC. She practices all forms of intellectual property law including: drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications related to telecommunications technology, robotics, radar structures, mechanics, and gaming technology and methods; providing patent non-infringement and invalidity opinions; drafting and prosecuting trademark applications; assisting clients with brand development and identifying various protectable aspects of the clients’ products, services, and concepts; conducting trademark and copyright clearance research; identifying potential trademark and copyright infringements; enforcing intellectual property rights against infringers; representing clients in a wide variety of disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity, and domain names, including the resolution of disputes over contested domains before the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Panel and litigation in federal court; assisting with complex commercial cases including pleadings, discovery, and strategy.
Nancy is the President of the Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas. She also participates in the Ask-A-Lawyer Volunteer Program, represents children in foster care as a CAP attorney, represents client in matters related to employment, probate, and contract disputes.
Nancy earned her J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law Las Vegas, Nevada. During law school, she was the Articles Editor of the Nevada Law Journal, was President of the Intellectual Property Law Students Association, and presented on the Nevada IP Law Section Annual Conference.
Nancy graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Before becoming an attorney, Nancy worked as a quality and reliability engineer at Intel Santa Clara, and was a lead professor at the College of Southern Nevada where she taught various electronics courses, including the theory of electronics, digital logics, programming languages, and robotics.
Ms. Snow is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, and is admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO), and U.S. District Court for District of Nevada, where she externed for the Honorable Chief Judge Gloria M. Navarro.
Nancy is a native speaker in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
