Y. Nandish Wijetilleke is an associate attorney that practices in the firm’s patent and trademark litigation practice groups. Nandish has a Master’s of Business Administration from Business School Lausanne, Switzerland where his interest in law began with a course in international business law. He went on to graduate from the Monterey School of International Studies in California where he received a Masters of International Studies with a focus on peace and conflict studies. He then moved to Denver, Colorado where he attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and graduated in 2013.
After obtaining his Colorado bar license, Nandish worked as a staff attorney in a rural area of Oklahoma where he represented clients who couldn’t afford an attorney including a large migrant farmworker community. He then moved back to Colorado where he became the Executive Director of Uncompahgre Volunteer Legal Aid, Inc. He has gained litigation experience in many contexts including family law, child welfare, landlord/tenant law, bankruptcy as well as other practice areas.
