Rachel had been a patent engineer for about six years at law firms in Taiwan. She prepared English and Chinese patent applications and responses to office actions from patent offices in many countries such as the United States, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. She has experience in chemical, semiconductor, and mechanical fields. Example technologies include small molecules, resin, copper foils used for electrodes in batteries, and sputtering targets used to fabricate thin films in optical data storage.
Rachel obtained a master’s degree in intellectual property at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She also earns a master’s degree in organic chemistry from National Chung Hsing University and a Bachelor of Geography from National Taiwan University in Taiwan.
