We are currently looking to fill a Full-time position for a Registered Patent Agent with 2+ years of experience in Chemical Engineering. The ideal candidate has persuasive communication abilities when assisting clients and speaking with the USPTO, as well as strong team members with a can-do attitude. The firm offers training to ensure employees are up to date on the latest developments in the industry.

Education: Chemistry Degree

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: USPTO Registration required.

Marketing Professional – Intellectual Property Law

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify and attract new clients seeking
  intellectual property protection, with a special emphasis on international patent and
  trademark services.
• Engage directly with potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking
  events to showcase the firm’s capabilities and global reach.
• Collaborate with our offices in China and Turkiye to leverage our expansive network of
  affiliates in the Greater China market.
• Create marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the U.S. and European markets to
  enhance our firm’s visibility and reputation.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the evolving landscape
  of intellectual property law.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the legal or intellectual
  property sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a proven track record
  of developing successful campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and
  maintain relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus, but not required; a willingness to learn
  and adapt is essential.
  Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Junior Litigation Associate

Location: Henderson, Nevada

Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate to fill an expanding need to represent our clients. The vast majority of the work will be in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation matters, almost exclusively in federal court. This position is ideal for a candidate seeking to start or expand their experience in federal district court litigation matters.

This is an advanced-level position for candidates with 5-10 years of experience. The applicant must be licensed to practice before the highest court of any state. Admission to the Nevada state bar is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
• Review and analyze documents, evidence, and legal filings
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Represent clients in trial

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one state
• Knowledge of patent/trademark/copyright laws, regulations, and procedures or willingness to learn
• Litigation experience
• Trial experience is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A can-do attitude
• Passion to help clients
