Adam Livingston is a registered patent attorney whose principal area of practice is IP litigation, with a focus on patent litigation. Before joining the legal profession, Adam worked as an accountant and tax consultant in an Austin accounting firm.
Originally from Austin, Adam has spent most of his time in Texas. Adam graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Master’s degree in business, before receiving his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, and is admitted before the Western District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas. Adam has gained litigation experience in those courts, as well as before the patent trial and appeal board.
