Joseph Droter

Litigation Attorney

Joseph Droter is a litigation Attorney based in Chicago, Illinois. Earning his J.D from DePaul University in 2018 and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech, Joseph has acquired a strong foundation in both law and science. His passion for intellectual property law began during his time at DePaul, where he earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property and Patent Law.

Joseph is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in the State of Illinois. Joseph has successfully represented clients in a variety of litigation matters, including elder law, breach of contract, and consumer protection cases.
