Katherine M. Kuhn practices in the firm’s Henderson, Nevada, and Chicago, Illinois, offices as part of the trademark and litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, drawing from her insurance and corporate defense litigation background. With experience spanning nearly a decade at various Chicago law firms, Katherine has handled complex cases from initial filing through trial. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Missouri, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Katherine received her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, specializing in International and Comparative Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis on Public Law from Northern Illinois University, where she was also a Division I scholarship athlete on the Women’s Golf team.
